Only what you choose to send us: your name, email address, and message when you use the contact form on this site, or when you email us directly. That's it. No accounts, no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies - this site doesn't set cookies at all.
To reply to you and, if you become a client, to do the work you've asked us to do. Nothing else. We don't sell your details, share them with marketers, or add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Formspree, a form service hosted in the United States, and then live in our email. If that offshore hop bothers you, email us directly at hello@nodus.nz instead - same humans, same result.
Enquiries stay in our inbox so we have the context if you come back later. If you'd rather we didn't keep yours, just say so and we'll delete it.
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@nodus.nz and we'll sort it - no forms, no fuss. If you're not happy with how we've handled something, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
